Default [GUIDE]How To's [SS/Sig/Avatar]

Hi Fellas!

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to attach photos or [Screen Shots; especially when you are to report something] in your thread, signature or avatar[which is kinda same thing.

To upload an SS:

1. Create an account on an image hosting site - go to: http://www.imageshack.us and register an account.
2. Upload your pictures - select the picture in your PC directory and click the giant "UPLOAD" button. Can't miss it! Use small graphics. No obscene ones either!
3. Copy the IMG link (Use Ctrl C) - the picture will have 3 types of links: Url, Tag and Img. It's the Img link that works on our forums.
4. Paste onto your Post (Use Ctrl V)

There ya go!

To Change your personal avatar/Signature image:

1. Decide on an image you want.

2. Upload your image to an image host such as:

ImageShack (which i always use) http://www.imageshack.us

3. Upload the image you want to use.

4. Copy the link at imageshack where it says "Direct link to image"

5. Click your forum username.

6. Click USer CP and choose Edit Avatar/Signature Options.

7. Paste the url of your avatar (where it says "Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website")

8. Click Save Avatar/Signature and it should work.
